CURRENT MISSION

At some point in my life, I was trying to make the world a better place with renewable energies, the Internet and business. Now I'm a certified La Trame® coach, a tango dancer, a cook and I used to be an actor too (not much anymore). I meditate quite a bit, and i'm much much happier than ever before! :)

ABOUT ME

I'm married to the most amazing womain in the world. Her name is Mariana and she's Moldavian.
As for me, I was born in Senegal to Lebanese parents and raised in Agadir, Morocco with a French education.
I am somehow still based in Paris but traveling back and forth to Moldova. Mariana and I are looking for a piece of land in the countryside to build a cob house and do permaculture...

PHILOSOPHY

I am not my body and I am not my thoughts. What am I then? That's what I'm working on figuring out. And for that I can't afford to spend too much of my time working for money. I strive to keep this time for what I consider to be the really important work that I have to accomplish in this life: knowing what this phenomenon that I call myself is. :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used to host a lot when I had my own flat in Paris. Now I'm the one who travels mostly and I've been meeting incredibly beautiful people thanks to Couchsurfing. For me, CS lets humans share the best of themselves with one another. 🤗

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's simply amazing to just be able to meet someone for the first time, hang out for a while, share a piece of truth, build trust and then sleep on their floor in a sleeping bag... Truly amazing. Amazingly true. THAT's real! 😁

Interests

I practice Vipassana meditation and Isha Hatha yoga . Everyday, for a couple of hours at least. Systematically when I wake up and before I go to sleep. It's keeping me sane and moving forward to become the best version of myself.

I picked up photography recently and I love it. It came from my interest for videography. Check out my YouTube videos :

I love Argentine Tango... It really is a passion for me... The music, the dance, the atmosphere at the Milonga (place where we go to dance), the social interactions... It's a whole universe on its own which can leave no one indifferent.

I cook professionally from time to time, essentially vegetarian cooking, sometimes vegan: Lebanese cuisine, Thai, Moroccan, Italian (of course!) and just anything tasty and vegetable-based. :)

I am a certified La Trame ® coach . It's a vibratory harmonizing technique developed by a French alchemist named Patrick Burensteinas. It's remarkably effective to help release blocked emotions and restore a good energy flow in the body and mind. My rate is 80€/session but I am usually always happy to gift a session to my hosts. 😉

Doing a Vipassana meditation retreat for 10 days. It's such a life-changing experience!

Getting married to Mariana, three days after meeting each other.
