Hi! I'm Alissa, and I live in Grenoble, capital of the French Alps.

I'm currently working as a youth volunteer in hike trail maintenance. I love wild camping, crafts (candle making, drawing...), biking, learning new recipes, bird-watching.... I'm always curious to try something new.

I'll be travelling around the UK in April, mostly Wales and Scotland.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When travelling, I like to make the most of being in nature, and connecting with the people I meet along the way. I've couch-surfed in Wales and Norway, and it made those trips more meaningful to me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The word 'amazing' made me think of the time I dressed up as the amazing spiderman, and ran down a uni lecture room while the teacher was giving a presentation. Would recommend.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to sound like a turtle dove by whistling in your hands. Also, country line dancing.
