Hi everyone My name is Hichem Menasria i am 27 years old,my work is pastry chef now i open my own bakery business i like looking for new taste new flavours this make me traveling all around the world to discover all the beautiful and sweet food and even traditional cakes to mix them with the new pastry techniques which make my work table so happy and proud of me, as a person who likes discovering new things hope it will be an opportunity for me to get know new people and exchange ideas through the rich cultural food in all around the world, thank you.
