ABOUT ME

Hey, I am a tall girl (1,80m), brown hair and always a smile in my face :-)) I have two sisters who i really love a lot, but unfortnately they are living quite far away from me. Throughout university and work so far I got a restless mind, either moving on my free will or because of work.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by hosting and visiting. But I guess at the moment there are more possibilities to host then to travel.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I worked in the student organisation AIESEC and it was sometimes like couchsurfing itself. People call you who you never met before and ask to stay in your place. I was on a conference in Juli 2006. There I met a guy who had visit from a cousin from Syria. And because the conference wasnt much of interest for him, I invited him to stay at my place until the conference was finished... he was a member at couchsurfing.com as well :-) The world is getting smaller and smaller.

Interessen

I am interested in meeting new people, listening to music, reading books, watching movies in the theater, doing sports as for having fun and relax myself, e.g. swimming, jogging, skating, playing volleyball ... I like travelling to get to know different countries, different cultures and meet new people and old friends.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I listen to every kind of music, especially Billy Joel, Madonna and Robbie Williams. Lately I became a fan of piano music as it is perfect for relaxing in the evenings after work while reading a book. And there are a lot of books to read which I like. For example I do like thrillers and crime stories, fantasy (e.g. Neil Gaiman) or just love stories (Pride and prejudice). My favourite book though is from Goethe and it is called Die Leiden des jungen Werther.I love watching movies, and my favourite ones are at the moment Pirates of the Carribean and Pride and Prejudice.
