ABOUT ME

I am a very content person, with a gentle easy-going personality, I have an open-minded Spiritual out look on Life, I think that whatever it is...it's about not avoiding it completely-nor drowning in it, It's about finding harmonious balance that allows a creative & conscious participation in the Joy of the celebration of Life. I love to help out when ever I see the chance.
We live relatively remote,home school,have our own power & water supplies.We milk our house cow, bake the bread & tend a garden. Over the next two years or so we are building a poured-earth/adobe home, we're more than happy to have you join in on any of these (our usual activities) if you come to visit us. We are happy people who enjoy the simple things in life.

Hmmm! A personal philosophy is a rather indepth insight to try to come up with in a nut shell! But here's a shot! Strive to live in & with unconditional love for ourselves & for all always.

I am often asking hitch-hikers that I pick up or just anyone ready for a random moment of conversation . . . if they know of the CouchSurfing community, I Love to spread the word & encourage this great Global Connection =)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have had many sets of "Official" CSers stay with us, although not to be left out of mentioning we have also had many hitch hikers stay with us over the years too. All have enriched our lives invaluably.

Interesses

As a Family we are mostly active outdoors people.(I LOVE mustering stock!!!ahem...) We like fishing,hunting,climbing trees,swimming,horse riding,bush walks,having fun on the beach,family sports(flick-stick,cricket,frizbee etc)camping,blatting on the quad,motorbikes,go-carts,4x4's,Kayaking/canoe-ing family fun. Healthy eating/living.Healthy, simple, yummy home-made food. Alternative lifestyles eg; power systems/building etc

Nothing globally outstanding, but one of my fondest memories is horse racing my husband up the hill with a full bucket of milk in one hand each!
