ABOUT ME

I'm very open-minded and willing to try just about anything at least once. I have been big political geek since I was 10 years old and started watching the news religiously. I'm also an avid Simpsons geek who can whip out obscure Simpsons references at the drop of a dime lol.

All in all, I'm a fun, easy-going kind of guy.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy on life is that you have to savour every moment and live it to the fullest. I believe in working together to achieve positive-sum gains.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can host and I can show people around my city :)

I like to show people around my fair town, but because of my job, I can't always guarantee I can find the time during the week. But, I can give tours during the weekends. So, if you come during the week, please prepare to amuse yourselves during the day.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I've been hosted once in Halifax, Nova Scotia by Wayne Boone and once in New York by Mary Christensen. Many of my friends thought I was crazy to want to stay with a complete stranger but Wayne and I got along great and I got to meet awesome couch surfers from Germany who were also staying with him, and Mary is one of the sharpest minds I've ever had the enormous good fortune of meeting.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I took a road trip from Toronto to Vancouver in the middle of winter in 2007. We drove through the Rocky Mountains and were forced to stop in a small town called Roger's Point, BC because of avalanches. Still, having experienced the majestic beauty of the Rockies, I can die with a smile on my face.

Mixing your black, white and colours in the laundry isn't as perilous as you may think. I prefer to layer it (whites at the bottom, blacks in the middle and colours on top) with a little less detergent.
