Hi everyone!

I'm an Associate Professor of Anthropology. I live in Wilmington,NC, which is a beautiful and idyllic beach town. Before moving here, I lived in Boston, San Francisco, Tucson Arizona, and Istanbul.

I spend several months of each year in Istanbul (usually in the summer). I love to travel within Europe and the Americas. But I'd love to explore other continents as well!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a couchsurfing newbie (even though I originally signed up years ago)

I'd love to meet new people. So, I'd like to host in my house in Wilmington, North Carolina.

I also like to travel across US and Europe, and I would love to meet interesting people when I do that.
