I am a young woman who is passionate about finding new experiences to expand my mind and my world. I like to seek out new information about health of the body and mind, including the methods of changing one's thoughts in order to change one's life. I am from Boston and have also lived in Brooklyn, NY. While I love both places, I am feeling the itch to travel and try new things.

I have always considered myself to be a person who loves travel. However, one of the hardest parts of planning a trip is finding a roof to sleep under without spending too much money and in a place where you feel safe and welcome. In addition to that, one of the best aspects of skipping town for a new adventure is meeting new people along the way. I have such a passion for making real connections with real people as I move through life and I think couch surfing is a great way to meet like-minded people who have a generosity of spirit.

I am always interested in learning something new. That being said, I tend to spend my spare time on activities such as writing (journaling, poetry, prose), reading (novels, self-help, holistic health), exploring the great outdoors, dancing, catching up with friends, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, going to yoga classes, cooking/eating said cooking, checking out museums and live music.
