Probably like most other couch surfers I like to meet new people and learn about other lifestyles and cultures. I am a musician so I mostly travel with music as a purpose; touring with a band or together with a friend to learn music from a specific region. Folk music is a big passion and I love to learn tunes from new places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am travelling every now and then and Couchsurf is an excellent way to experiance new places and get to know new people. Right now I study music at the university of Gothenburg. Since I live in a very small apartment together with a friend, hosting people isn't possible for us at the moment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experiences of couchsurfing are really good, I've been treated very well, and my hosts really made me feel welcomed. I do recomend this way of travelling to everyone!

Music music music! Culture culture culture! Music is a part of me, I am a part of music. Jazz and folk-music is my biggest sources of inspiration, but I am open minded. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The big trees in Senegal were amazing. So huge and old and wise. Senegal as a country was an incredible experience. So different from Sweden. I was there with my band and we were playing music with local musicians. It was a fantastic thing to mix our cultures with the music as our only common language.

Other moments I keep close to my heart are all the small moments from my everyday-life. Cooking dinner with good friends, creating music with new people, taking walks in the nature, discussing huge and small things with people.
