About Me
Hi all and thank you for all your requests - however as we are doing some major work on our house at the moment and have had some set-backs :( :( we can not host at the moment and need to take a break until next year! Also I am so sorry we didn't find the time to reply personally to all our requests :(
We are a married couple of 38 and 43 and would love to welcome someone in our home. As we travel quite a bit ourselves we can not always accept guests though. We are relaxed, and liberal and love to talk about all kinds of things; culture, politics, history, the, weather or just idle gossip :)
We love to travel and would be very happy to take our guests on sight-seeing tours if they want to, to museums, restaurants, shopping et cetera, have drinks ans discussions with and so on but if you are looking for someone to explore the wild weekend nightlife down town with those days are kinda behind us though we ourselves drink in moderation and have nothing against drinking or partying - and you are of course welcome to explore the nightlife as you wish while staying with us :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We are completely new at this but think it is a great way to travel and meet new people and learn about other countries and cultures and just try new things and have fun :) so please contact us!
Interests
My interests include travelling, cooking, gardening, arts and crafts, reading, playing board games and chess ( very poorly ). (God, I sound boring, I promose I'm not ;)) My husband is a bit more exciting and goes out cycling, running and playing golf....

Music, Movies, and Books
We have a rather large library ( see pic) which consists of rather bad crime novels (mine) and intelligent reading about various historic events (my husband's).
As for movies we are more "tv-show" kind of people and have an ok selection of dvds - but generally prefer european or indy movies to mainstream Hollywood...
I like all kinds of music - especially if it's on vinyl/lp and I can listen while drinkng red wine...
