About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My mission is to go as many places as possible before someone hires me to do a job that requires me to sit at a desk and never do anything fun ever again.
ABOUT ME
I really like art and music and most of the things I do are awesome. I don't eat meat and I don't like fake meat so I eat a lot of vegetables and pasta. My favorite vegetables are peppers, especially when they've been roasted. I was scratched by a cat when I was a wee lass and so now I'm afraid of them so I tell people I'm allergic, but I'm not really. Just scared. I like beer a whole lot and it's my dream to move to Belgium and learn to brew myself some ale.
Update: I eat meat now and I own a cat named Tarp. She was found under a tarp.
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life because I have a sun-shiney face and the sky is beautiful and so I get off my bottom and make friends and do fun things.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've only just begun, but I would like to surf and when I've got a suitable residence I would like to host. But for now, I will show any curious travelers around Philadelphia. Or West Chester. There's not much in West Chester. But if you come here I'll totes say hi and buy you a tea at Fennarios.

Music, Movies, and Books
The music I like is the good kind. It includes things like, the Spice Girls (in an ironic way?) and then other things that are better and less embarrassing, like Bon Iver, Manchester Orchestra, Woods, Beach House,Kurt Vile, G.Love, Matt Costa and then there are others, but I don't like saying the music I like because I feel like people will think I'm name-dropping. Because my taste is so incredible. And they would be jealous.
I like to read books. Steve Martin writes good ones. Amelie Nothomb and Boris Akunin write good ones. I've been trying to go back and read the books I "read" in high school, but dude...I know now why I didn't read them. They're horrible. Have you read Catcher in the Rye? That freaking Holden Caulfield. I want to slap that boy. I have the book in my car. I try every so often to read it, but I get to the part where he goes to his Headmaster's house (page 3??) and he's already said "phony" about forty times and I can't take it anymore. I throw the book in the trunk and forget about it for a few months.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm an excellent snapper. I'm not sure if that's teachable. It's probably a rare gift that only the luckiest are born with. Not unlike how some men can grow awesome mustaches or the ability to sing on key. In key? On key? Under key? Over key? Keys.
