I have lived in the Netherland most of my life, until I met my girlfriend while traveling in Australia. She got me to move to Montreal where I am living since 2019. Since 2022 I work at the university as an Event Coordinator.

The move to Montreal brought me closer to one of my passions: The United States. I love pretty much every thing about the US and love to discover new places.

I am also passionate about sports. No matter what sports, I will watch it, play it, and talk about it. I play soccer, table tennis, and softball.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that the best way to discover a city, is to talk to locals and stay with them. I am easy going and love to meet different people. I don't need a lot and I can sleep pretty much everywhere.

When I moved to Montreal, I had to wait for a working visa, which meant I couldn't work for almost two years. This meant I had to get extra creative whilst being on vacation.
