ABOUT ME

Hello! I enjoy many things like people, all aspects of food including its origins and traditions, growing it, preparing it, eating it especially with friends and family and especially with WINE or beer... love music, anything outdoors and adventuresome in the built environment or the wilds, bicycling, the magnificent ocean and related activities, gardening and growing things. I like to read, be curious and do things. I practice ashtanga yoga.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hosted by generous and lovely couchsurfing hosts when I traveled in Italy a couple of years ago, and have traveled in the US, in Central America and in Buenos Aires, staying with people I met and befriended spontaneously - same principles of openness, good will and generosity. I have enjoyed hosting travelers, visiting volunteers, activists and friends of friends at my home in Phoenix, as well.

I have seen so many amazing things...most recently, Havasupai Falls in northern AZ by the Grand Canyon.
