ABOUT ME

I find that I can never stay in one place for too long, always having an itch to leave and explore new territory, meet new people, learn a new culture and a new space. I love hearing other people's stories and would rather stay up late talking and laughing over a bottle of wine than just about anything else. I love creative people with a spirit of adventure who don't take themselves too seriously. I'm a sucker for good food, folk music, Scrabble and modern art.

PHILOSOPHY

I go with the flow and hope for the best. I've had good luck with that approach and no good reason to think it should be any other way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just joined, but I love the idea of sharing my couch with fellow nomads. I can host one or two people on my couch and futon, and my roommate and I are happy to have you for dinner and friendly conversation and some good laughs.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used to own a really uncomfortable couch that I bought for $50 at a gas station in Iowa. Ever since then, I've appreciated a good piece of sleeping furniture.
