Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While part of this is to lessen financial burden of travel to make it more accessible, I mostly just want to connect with others and have rich experiences with local people in the places that I travel. I'm not looking to just silently sneak in and sneak out- I'd love to cook a meal together, chat about life, or accompany folks to their favorite local spots and thrills.

If I am outside and moving, I am a happy girl.
Hiking, biking, snowboarding, horseback riding, taking photos, exploring, running, playing sports, rock climbing.
I enjoy reading, music, animals, social justice, poignant conversation, culture, languages, fascinating people and their stories.
I just want to soak it all up and take it all in.
