ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty chill chick, always smiling, loving, and learning. I've just begun to travel outside of the States, but I've moved 20 times in 10 years within, 5 of them being cross-country. I just finished my 3 month tour of Europe with my bike, Jack Karouac ;-) Having seen much of France and Germany, I'm looking forward to returning to see more of Italy, Spain and Greece. I'm lucky to have met some incredible people on my travels, but traveling alone is gift in itself, no restrictions, no expectations, just living. I can't wait for whats around the corner!

Here in Chicago, I'm a Makeup Artist in fashion, music videos, movies, print lifestyle, etc. Also I can tell you almost anything you want to know about Tequila and craft beer (don't know much about Belgian beers tho). I'm a huge animal lover! I've had lots of dogs (raised Golden Retrievers, and a Pit Mutt), 3 cats, 2 ferrets, a bird (Sunday Conure), and tons of hamsters and fish. I would love to someday retire on a farm somewhere with tons of animals...much like a modern day Noah's Ark, except, I'm not Noah, and hopefully the earth won't be flooding anytime soon...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only had a few CS experiences, but all of them have been enriching. I really loved how everyone was so proud to show their city. I LOVE Chicago and can't wait to show foreigners a city most don't know enough about to check out!
