Overview
About Me
I am a social impact enthusiast. I left my job with Cisco to work with farmers in India and Africa on sustainable and climate smart agriculture. Last one year I've been working in the water space - developing innovative technology to monitor/mitigate pollution in Indian Rivers. Coincidentally, I come from the state of Punjab (India), which means the land of 5 rivers, and has been (was) the epicentre of agriculture due to immense water resources. I love cooking on weekends and writing poems at dead ends. I am pretty chilled out and accommodative as a person.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because meeting kind strangers and learning about their stories is such an enriching experience. I love deep meaningful conversations, collaborative cooking, and sharing stories. This is a great way to venture out of our comfort zones and learn about new people and cultures.
