It's wonderful to meet new people, share stories, gain perspectives, and make friends from different cultures.
In the past, being a poor student who loved to travel, couchsurfing was a lifesaver. I'm happy to give back to this wonderful community by hosting people every chance I get.

I read scientific non-fiction mostly, love everything from Mir Publishers, Moscow. These days I'm a huge Dostoevsky devotee.
