I am a down-to-earth person, who loves to meet new people and experience other cultures. I might talk too much sometimes, but will shut up when someone tells me to ;)

I'm from the Netherlands, but have been living in Norway for a while.

I'm currently taking a break from work and I am traveling for a few months. I have a lot of friends living all over the world and plan to visit a few of them. Then exploring a new area - Central Asia.

I love to meet other people when I am travelling. I think this is the best way to experience a country and get familiar with its culture. Also I love to exchange stories with other people and show them a bit of the Dutch culture when they are visiting the Netherlands.

I have surfed with a few people and also hosted a few Nijmegen. Both great experiences!

The Komodo islands in Indonesia were fantastic! Seeing these huge beasts, as if you travelled back in time..
Walking in Ladakh, north India. Just too amazing to describe in words..
The animal migration in the Seregeti and climbing the kilimanjaro, Tanzania.
