ABOUT ME

i'm basically a jolly good fellow who likes to have fun. i'm also a photography hobbyist whose frustration is to catch that water drop before it makes ripples, a passionate lover of edibles, clothes and houses (and designing both), and a frustrated student of foreign languages. i love to travel and i can't wait to go to batanes and sagada. i wanna extend my tours overseas as well and get in touch with different cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

When GOD knows you're ready for the responsibility of commitment, He'll reveal the right things under the right circumstances ... Wait patiently; don't waste your time searching and wishing. Grow up and be ready, and you'll see ... GOD will give you a life story far better than you could ever dream of.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i'm still new to the project (not so much anymore, i guess, with about two years in the community) but over the past months, i have pretty much met, traveled, and hung out with several CS people. they're very nice, friendly and interesting people to be with. now i'm in the process of joining in events as much as i can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

spent a four-day trip in boracay (my initial encounter with cs). had dinner with them the day after we got back. met up with cs members from the south. was at the 2009 cs colorsplash christmas party. joined the year-ender meet-up, saguijo and encore nights, binondo photowalk, cs road trip, etc. spent scamsur with cs, too!! ^_^

兴趣

i like some sports (swimming, badminton, volleyball), food ... then exercise (dance), haha! i love events, clothes, music, travel, and photography. i enjoy intellectual, witty conversations with interesting people and friends. i love going places to try things i've never done before: white-water rafting in cagayan, spelunking, jumping from a hanging bridge, a waterfall, or even bungee-jumping.

movies: wall-e, so close, true lies, die hard 4.0, rush hour trilogy, enchanted, princess diaries, made of honor, the wedding planner, miss congeniality, the proposal.
books: nancy drew and charmed paperbacks, night world series by LJ smith, libertine's destiny by p. anciers, the enchanted forest and other stories by guid blyton (from childhood!) ... fine, the twilight saga by stephenie meyer.
music: anything by the corrs, some pop, some rnb, some acoustic, and a little light rock. musicals too, like those from broadway and disney.
