ABOUT ME

I am a free spirit whom is here to spread love and joy throughout the world. I treasure most deep connections with other humans. I love to hear peoples stories because they are my stories as well, we are all one, there is no separation.

I was born in a Teppee in rural wisconsin in the late 1970's. Six years later I road horseback with my parents and brother from Wisconsin to Wyoming. I am an avid gardener, chef and herbalist. I have a passion for cooking with wild foods, using Ayurvedic methods, Paleo, gluten free and vegetarian. I can cook meat as well. I love craft beer and ethnic foods. Mostly I spend time thinking and reading about ways to heal people.
