ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Helene and I'm French. I live in Poitiers, a nice little town in the west of France and I teach English there. I love travelling and meeting people from different origins and cultures. I'm a quiet, down-to-earth, open and easygoing person.

PHILOSOPHY

Travelling, meeting and interacting with people is one of the things I like best. This is a priceless way to enrich your life and knowledge of the world and people in general.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to help and accommodate people who travel in my town/area/country because I think it is one of the best ways to give and share and travelling is one of the most exciting experiences in life. Accommodation while travelling can be quite expensive for people who are on a budget. CouchSurfing is also a very nice way to meet and interact with local people and who knows make new friends all over the world.

A ride in a hot air balloon once.
Once spent 8 months in Ireland (Galway): wonderful experience.
Been to Boston & New York City in 2011.
