Overview
About Me
In the pictures is my girlfriend (Pamela) and myself. I am from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. But I am presently in Cebu City in the Philippines visiting my girlfriend. I enjoy reading science books (especially Psychology). I also like to learn languages, watch youtube videos, movies, play games, etc. I love Japan and Japanese culture and am presently learning the language. I can only speak N5 level Japanese at the moment. I also know about B1-B2 level German, A2 Dutch and A2 French.
I don't smoke, do drugs or drink alcohol.
I have had the privilege to travel to many countries and spend over 3 yeaes in the Philippines, almost 6 months in Germany, 4 and a half months in Costa Rica, over 2 months in the USA, 3 months in my favorite country Japan, a month and a half in Uganda, 12 nights in Vietnam, 6 nights in China, 5 nights in HongKong, a week in London, England, and 2 nights in Singapore.
My favorite country is Japan. I love it because the culture, cuisine, infrastructure, etc, are amazing!
I am a foodie. My favorite cuisine is Japanese. I also love Chinese cuisine.
I believe in accepting people regardless of who they are gay, straight, black, white, man, woman, etc. We're all human beings and should be treated as such. I also believe in egalitarian ideals and I despise sexist and racist stereotypes that have been used to subjugate women and people of ethnic minorities for thousands of years.
I don't really watch or play sports. But I do occasionally watch wrestling. As for music, I love jpop and kpop (especially TWICE ❤️). As for movies, my favorite is The Matrix. My favorite movie series is Spider-Man and John Wick.
I am also a digital nomad and a certified English teacher with a 120 hour tefl certificate and over 3 years of experience. Here are my Online English teaching profile
