About Me

CURRENT MISSION

A guy who is searching for the meaning of humanity

ABOUT ME

(2011-12)I was doing volunteer work at the MJC de Flers, in Lower Normandy, France with a youth exchange program called European Voluntary Service (EVS).

I am from Turkey. I graduated my bachelor's degree in Antalya in 2014. My major is International Relations. Because of this I really like to know about the world and get experience the culture from new people who are from all over the world, especially I have a high interest in Korean culture... I wrote my final thesis about Korean Peninsula and Politics, after all I decided to study in there' I moved in September of 2015 and gonna stay around 3 years...

I lived a year in France, that's why I know little bit to live in abroad. So, no expectations and just accept! It might be nice to have some Korean budy who can help me to survive and enjoy the culture!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couchsurfing! I heard about couchsurfing, it sounded good, I mean I like to travel and meet people. For it is not important the place that I am going, the most important thing is "to go" ! The world is not as big as I thought it was before! Just say "Hello"... We are human, it is not the main point: language or colour or gender.

Interests

And I am doing some traditional and special art. It is art where you can draw on water. The water mixes with seaweed to make less liquid. We are using really natural colours from the earth, pigments, oxides... In the end, we put the drawing on paper! It is like magic!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I participated in doing the biggest Ebru painting in the world! We entered the painting to the Guiness Book of Records.

I did an Interail trip alone - it was wonderful!
