I am a Persian, American, Polish citizen who was born in Iran (1959-early70s Mashhad), grew up, went to school, finished college and started a family in Europe, (early 70s-mid 80s England, Germany, Poland), worked and raised my family in the U.S. (mid 80s-2012 Houston Texas, Atlanta Georgia, San Francisco California), Now retired and traveling the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was introduced to couchsurfing by my son and when we traveled to Europe, we stayed with several couchsurfing hosts in different countries , I could not believe how friendly and kind all of them were , so I became a member myself and since then I have met so many extraordinary people all over the world that we became good friends and still keeping in touch with each other and looking forward to meeting a lot more of couchsurfing members and get acquainted with :)
