Hi there!

I'm Juliette, I'm 28 years old, I've travelled a lot these last years, I've progressively become what we call "nomad". I questioned a lot my way of travelling and I decided not to take the plane anymore and to travel in a slower way, I now travel by hitchhiking and by train.

It is hard to describe yourself but I guess we could say I'm an easy-going, open minded and communicative person. I like to meet new people and hear other telling their traveling stories over a drink (or a good meal of course ahah) . I am also an adventurer who loves meeting new people. I especially like to discover new things through good conversations and time spent together.

I like a lot of things: sports (surfing, skateboarding, climbing, running, hiking), I am active in environmental associations, I love reading, watching movies...... for the next step: let's discuss it together ? :)

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

To me learning about the world alone is a very dull discovery of it, I would rather discover it through locals and share our experiences. I've also realised that the best experiences in life are usually when you are out of your comfort zone. I tend to like my own space, but CS allows me to meet new people that pull my out of that comfort zone and tell me the most amazing stories. People you'd otherwise never meet.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I love many different bands, groups and singers so if someone ask which genre I listen, I would say I'm not listening something cause it's that genre or another, but just cause I like it.

In book, I did read a lot more when I was a bit younger, but I still love books and read, one of my favorite book is certainly The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera.

I spent 1yr traveling alone around the world (United States/ Ecuador/Peru/Bolivia/Brazil/Taïwan/South Korea/Thailand / Malaysia / Singapore /Indonesia / Philippines) . I’m so glad because I met amazing people while traveling, it was such a beautiful experience so now I can’t stop, I am travel addict ahah.
