After studying abroad in Europe in 2011, I fell in love with couchsurfing. It has been a fantastic way to get to know the local people where I am visiting.

I have lived in California, Idaho, Oregon, Illinois, Maryland, Honduras, Spain (Alicante, Santiago de Compostela, Zaragoza), and currently, Texas. I've lived in a lot of different places, and had a lot of different experiences. The goodbyes can be tough, but it's fun having friends all over!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I couchsurfed my way through Europe in the Spring of 2011, and after finishing my degree, I returned to Spain for two years to teach English and get my Masters in Spanish Literature. I took as many opportunities as my program allowed for travel and always had positive experiences with couchsurfing (except maybe one...)!

I have couchsurfed in Lisbon, Brussels, Barcelona, Alicante, Oviedo, London, Chania, Toulouse, and Copenhagen with wonderful experiences. I try to get an authentic feel of the cities I visit, and meet interesting people along the way. I have made wonderful friends through couchsurfing, and learned more than I ever hoped to learn.
