I moved to Washington, DC in 2012 for graduate school and I loved it so much. This city is alive, diverse, and full of fun festivals and free events. It is also easy to escape the city and get in some outdoor activities near by.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had an amazing experience couch surfing in Minneapolis and Connecticut, and I hosted several times in the DC area, though I am unable to host now. I now plan to travel some on my break from school and I hope I can get to know some locals in each area I visit.

If you give me a place to crash I'll buy you beer, coffee or cook you dinner. Feel free to choose which one. If I host you, I don't expect anything, but I prefer someone who will hangout out over using me for a free bed (though I understand).
