Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love the city and state i live in and am keen to show tourists the sites. There are so many good spots for walking, eating, drinking, entertainment and historical sites.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

At this point I am a couch surfing virgin. I know a few people who have been involved and recommended I get on board.

Interests

My best couchsurfing experience was with a family in Oruro, Bolivia. They were so kind, generous and interested in my home town. I had a couple of Canadians stay at my house and it was great fun to trade travelling stories and show them around.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all types of music, not that keen on classical or death metal though.
Shantaram was probably the best book I have recently read

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There have been some amazing sites and journeys but I always believe that what makes these experiences so grand is the people. Either the ones living in these places or the ones you get to experience something special with. I have some good stories but better shared in person with a wine or beer.
