ABOUT ME

currently living and working up on the north mountain near berwick. i could always use help in the garden, there's an amazing medicinal five element style healing garden at the place where i live, avalon gardens. as well, i am working for a fellow growing medicinal herbs down the road. if you fancy comin out here, i can assure you that this lovely place will blow yer mind.

ive been wanderin round for the last six years ; hitchin, travelin and living all over, working when i have to, i've had some amazing jobs and done a bunch of wwoofing. followed the crows out to nova scotia to feed my thirsty brain about organic farming.

when you open up to the wild ways of the universe, she provides in strange, mysterious and lovely ways. everything tastes better when it's free. and whenever i need something i usually find it on the ground. i love cooking n feeding people. i make clothes and take photos and other crafty bits, am interested in all things outside, as well as playing music, though im a lil shy.

PHILOSOPHY

`How can one person be more real than any other? Well some people do hide and others seek. Maybe those who are hiding- escaping encounters, avoiding suprises, protecting their property, ignoring their fantasies, restricting their feelings, sitting out the Pan pipe hootchy-kootch of experience- maybe those people, people who won't talk to rednecks, or if they're rednecks won't talk to intellectuals, people who are afraid to get their shoes muddy or their noses wet, afraid to eat what they crave, afraid to drink Mexican water, afraid to bet a long shot to win, afraid to hitchhike, jaywalk, honky-tonk, cogitate, osculate, levitate, rock it, bop it, sock it, or bark at the moon, maybe such people are simply inauthentic, and maybe the jackleg humanist who says differently is due to have his ton...gue fried on the hot slabs of liars hell. Some folks hide and some folks seek,and seeking when its mindless, neurotic, desperate, or pusillanimous, can be a form of hiding. But there are folks who want to know and aren't afraid to look, and won't turn tail should they find it-and if they never do, they'll have a good time anyway, because nothing, neither the terrible truth, nor the absence of it, is going to cheat them out of one honest breath of earth's sweet gas.'

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

a few times i've been saved from sleeping in some pretty shady situations by the kindness of strangers through couch surfing. also met some amazing people that i probably never would have met otherwise. ive hosted as well, and have enjoyed all the experiences. its such an obvious idea, and this just makes it easier.
