About Me

I'm a really easy going person, I've a open mind and I'm a simple guy who doesn't need a lot of thing to live. I've recently graduated in Computer Engineering. During my course, I did an exchange program in France, where I've met amazing people and I've had great experiences with couchsurfing.

“Neither you nor I need presentation: We have three things in common: land, life and death. That is our likeness, almost friends. At least, we have to live with that illusion of friendship as basic to human solidarity” - Gonzalo Arango

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that Couchsurfing is one of the few ways to really know the culture of a town and to discover local things. But the most amazing thing about Couchsurfing is that the share of experience happens in both ways, for who is staying and for who is hosting.
I also strongly agree with the five Couchsurfing values: share your life; create connection; offer kindness; stay curious and leave it better than you found it.

Interests

I love photography, artistic and journalistic photos, to register the beautiful moments of the life and to see the world by the eyes of the others.
I like to cook and I try to make different recipes sometimes.
I'm a bicycle entusiast, I believe that bicycles can make cities and life better for everybody.
I love economics, philosophy, history and I like of talking about the people and cultures around the world.
At least, I like of beer, wine, a good food, music and a good chatting.

Music, Movies, and Books

Some of my favorite books: One Hundred Years of Solitude, The Unbearable Lightness of Being, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, The Lord of the Rings, A Song of Ice and Fire, The Posthumous Memoirs of Bras Cubas, O Tempo e o Vento, Blindness, All the Names.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled from Brazil to Patagonia (Argentina) and from Brazil to Peru by bus.
In the first travel I went to Argentina Patagonia, the glaciers, the Beagle Channel and the Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world.
And the second travel I went to Atacama desert, to lake Titicaca, to Cusco, the ancient capital of the Inca Empire, and to Machu Picchu.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like to share a little of the Brazilian culture, especially of the South Brazilian culture. The place where I born has a lot of relations with the Europe Countries and I guess that the most of the people don't know that.
I can cook some traditional meal and brigadeiro (Brazilian traditional dessert).

What I Can Share with Hosts

My experience of someone from outside of Europe and a good talk. And like a computer engineering, maybe I can fix your computer.
