ABOUT ME

I like music, meditation, action, nature, meeting people, hanging out with friends, all kinds of outdoor activity, travel, any sport (doing not watching), celebrating, dancing, finding ways of improving life for people and society at large. I am a volunteer and instructor with the Art of Living Foundation (www.artofliving.org), teaching the most amazing workshop in the world involving practical yogic breathing techniques. I like developing practical skills including my daytime work area which is in finance and management.
