About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Maintain ballance, open heart, express creativity
ABOUT ME
I have worked the past two years as an Arts Outreach Instructor with the City of Austin's Dougherty Arts School. I've taught photography to teens, tie-dye to elementary schoolers in the parks on days when it has been 110 degress, and bollywood dance to kids. I've probably learned just as much as the kids have! I am a metalsmith, with an itch to explore ceramics, and I also am a new student to the practice of yoga.
PHILOSOPHY
Be kind.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have roommates, so I have surfed more than I've hosted. Surfing is a reminder of how kind strangers can be and our potential as humans to welcome and care for another, and with this reminder fresh in my mind I try to pay-it-forward in every way I can.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have met lovely, creative people all over the world, that is pretty amazing!

I like old-timey music. And new-timey music, too.
The collected drawings of Ernst Haeckle are incredible!
