Hello! My name is Holden Wiseman and I am a 21 year old college graduate from Washington State University, who was born and raised in Washington State, USA. Washington is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. You are never more than a couple hours away from an ocean, mountain, dessert, or forest. It has something for everyone and has taught my to really appreciate nature and the outdoors! Also it's one of the few places in the United States where weed is legalized, so there's no taboo from me on that one.

I'm really interested in taking this time after college to see the world and learning as much as I can about the world. I am developing skills to be able to stay on the road indefinitely through web development, language skills, and online poker! I love the freedom that travel gives me and I want to be able to keep going for as long as I can.

I plan on spending these next few months really working on my web development, my fitness, my language skills, and having the most fun possible.

I'm on couchsurfing because I'm in a point in my life where I have very few obligations and I really want to spend this time seeing the world. I have spent so much of my life in one place and I really want to meet people in different cultures and learn about their cultures and hopefully myself! I want to stay with people who want to have a good time, willing to talk and hangout or point me in the right direction of a good time!

I'm a fan of all kinds of music! I have been listening to a lot of different music through playlists my friends have made for me. But generally rap, r&b, classic rock, alternative.

I love superhero movies, emotionally charged movies like Green Street Hooligans, mostly I'm a fan of good movies.

I read a lot of books about business, self improvement, etc. But I have been reading more literature recently! I just finished reading The Alchemist (twice) and I'm starting Don Quixote! Always looking for suggestions :)

I moved across the United States with one weeks notice to take a job that has changed my life dramatically. I was kind of lost and complacent in school, but I was told about this opportunity across the country doing sales and I found the courage to take it. I finally had money, confidence, and the courage to leave my comfort zone.

Also I climb mountains and snowboard!

Teach: Skateboarding, drinking games, card games, League of Legends, American Culture, lots of stuff!

Learn: About local cultures! I want to learn about traditions of the places I stay, where to party, where the locals go, phrases in the local language, etc.

I really want help learning Spanish! I have been practicing on my own but nothing is better than the real thing.

I would love to learn to cook, play a song on piano, anything my host wants to share with me!
