I'm a friendly and easy going person. Some people have mentioned to me that they feel calm and relaxed in my presence. I've met people from all walks of life and am pretty accepting of people.

I'm 27 from Vancouver Island originally. Last year I was living in China and have just recently moved back to Canada. I live in Vancouver and work at Mountain Equipment Co-op as a customer service representative. I've been trying to start a band in the past few months and am really interested in Music!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My boyfriend Joe and I will be traveling through Europe on a budget. We've never been and would greatly appreciate a place to stay and any advice that you may have about the area:).

When we were living in Kunming, China last year Joe hosted a handful of Travelers that came through. Since we've been in Canada Our place hasn't been big enough to host travelers, but hope to be able to again in the future.

Interests

I love to play the guitar and sing, write songs and jam with other people. I also really enjoy rock climbing, hiking and kayaking, slack lining. Anything reason to be outside. I've lived overseas in China for a handful of years and speak Mandarin. Traveling is also a big one on my list:).

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach many things it depends what interests you. Capoeira, movement, dance, wrestling, swimming languages: mandarin~english~ french. Canadian or Chinese culture, cooking chinese dishes, singing, music: piano or guitar, about kayaking, camping hiking or the environment. I'm trying to avoid teaching as an ocupation but in fact, quite naturally, I enjoy it:).
