I live in Nottingham, England. I teach Yoga and Mindfulness at a Buddhist Centre and have been for the last 7 years. I love to travel (especially to India) and meet people to share stories, experiences and ideas.
I am friendly, engaging and my hobbies include.. writing poetry, holistic wellbeing and cultures like art, music and religion.
I have many friends living around the world and love to go to visit, my most recent trip was to Israel for an adventure in the desert!

I embrace all styles of music, my favourite artist is Erykah Badu. I mostly listen to soul, jazz, spoken word and shamanic music.
I love the life of pi film and anything that touches on real human experiences. Oh and I-origins...
I mostly read poetry or spiritual texts.. but one of my favourite books is The Pillars of the Earth.
