Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently studying Food & Nutrition in Northern Ireland but have moved to Switzerland for 9 months for an internship. I'm looking to meet others in the Vevey area and plan to do plenty of travelling around Europe whilst I'm there...so hoping couchsurfing will help me meet some fun, interesting people along the way!

I don't have much space in my studio apartment but happy to help out some folks if possible!

Interests

I love to hang out with people...maybe that seems too simple but there's nothing better than meeting up with friends, getting food, playing games, chatting and just socialising together. I also really enjoy the outdoors (but not so much when it's raining...which is all. the. time. in Northern Ireland!). I'm adventurous, up for anything and love doing random stuff.

Music, Movies, and Books

I wouldn't say I'm very knowledgable about music so I love it when people recommend local artists or small bands that I haven't heard of before. One of my favourite things is listening to live acoustic music. Really enjoy going to the cinema and could be convinced to watch anything but I'll admit there's a lot of classic movies I havent seen which always shocks people. As for books, every now and again I just search the top ten fiction books at that moment and then work my way through them.

Always wanting to learn. Looking forward to what I can learn about myself and other cultures through CS. The biggest way I learn is through relationships with other people. That's what matters!
