About Me
Hey you!
I’m just your regular backpacker on a soul-searching journey. I’ve been travelling for 4 years now and the most fantastic thing about it is the people I met along the way. I love connecting and meeting new people.
I absolutely adore animals. Lizards, cats, chickens, snakes, you name it! I will get out of my way to try to get a cuddle.
I am really into digital art and do photography myself. I have been working as a cook/chef in vegan restaurants for the past few years during my travels. I love healthy cooking, growing my own food and making things from scratch.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I love meeting people. I think every person that comes into your life has a purpose and is here to teach you something/make you grow.
I prefer learning about the culture from a more local perspective. I also do not enjoy crowded and loud places and I've found that locals have a better story to tell about where they live and better recommendations of what to visit.
Interests
I am pretty calm and don’t like clubs and places that are loaded with people. I have many interests! I really enjoy hiking, reading, discovering new places... Anything new and that gets me out of my comfort zone and helps me see life from another perspective is also very appreciated and helps me in my personal growth journey.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy reading self-improvement and psychology books.
I really like the piano and have been playing for fun when I get access to one. I love listening to music and movies that give me the feels. I tend to appreciate the love put into something over a genre. I listen to all types of music and watch all types of movies. I love a good heartfelt message or story.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 19, I hiked a section of the Pacific Crest Trail in the US. I did 700kms with my partner at the time. It was life changing for me. I learned a lot about myself and what I value in life, through backpacking with barely what I need to survive on my backpack. It has taught me about what's important.
Teach, Learn, Share
I really enjoy cooking for people. I would be happy to teach my favourite recipes to someone who is interested. I like learning about philosophy and the human mind in general.
