I spent my last term abroad in Prague, and am now really motivated to carry on travelling. I enjoy nights out in bars and am much more of a city person, but still love all the sightseeing stuff and would love to see more wildlife outside of the English countryside.
I'm an art student so always down to see some art, make some weird films, go thrift shopping and experience the local culture :)
I get on with most people of any age, as long as you're not racist/homophobic/sexist and are open to get to know me. I have worked at nurseries and have a four year old sister - I think kids are great and that we can learn so much from them, and from interacting with people of all different ages/backgrounds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm travelling around the US with my friend George for a month and would love to meet new people and experience as much of America as I possibly can! We will be travelling in a camper van for half of our trip, but in DC, Savannah and California we'd love to stay with other people and hopefully get a taster for the local's experience of the city. We're both very talkative and are looking to share our stories and experiences, and hopefully learn something from you :)

I have always hosted people when they've been in need of a room/bed, but never through couchsurfing before! I hope that in making a profile I can meet more people and allow them to share my home with me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I feel like I've had a lot of cool opportunities to make and show my art, particularly when I exhibited in Prague :) living in Prague for three months was a really interesting cultural experience and has influenced me loads.

To be honest, this road trip is probably going to be the most amazing thing I have done - I'm super excited and I think it's gonna be something I look back on for the rest of my life :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Paying for accommodation when travelling holds a lot of people back from exploring the world - I hope that I can help with some of those costs by providing somewhere free to stay, because this is what has allowed me to experience all the places I have! I'm very grateful for other people's hospitality and warmth, and hope I can return the favour :) plus, the best thing about reading is the people I know so wouldn't want u to miss out on that ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can cook and share food, our english accents and charm, yorkshire tea and stories of our travels. We also both have skills in art and film making so can help with any creative endeavours!
