Hello! My name is Holly! I am a newly graduated language teacher! I am a nerd for learning new languages and cultures! I teach online as an English teacher for young Chinese learners on a website called VIPKID! This allows me to work while I travel! My goal is to travel for one year abroad before returning to the United States to be an English teacher in an American school! I am very laid back but tidy! I love meeting new people and creating good memories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For the entire year of 2015 I studied abroad in Valparaiso, Chile and fell in love. I returned to the United States to finish my degree and graduated in May, 2018. My goal after graduation was to return to Chile as a starting point for a year of traveling and bettering my Spanish! I returned on December 1st of 2018 with my boyfriend Ben and we have been living here for three months! I'm on couch surfing because I am looking for a place I can stay at for two weeks while my boyfriend and I say goodbye to Chile. I want to meet new people, so I think couch surfing would be perfect for us.
