Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I've worked in both a movie store and a movie theater, and yet I still have no knowlege on current movies. I just watched Safety Not Guaranteed and it was great.

Music: bluegrass, blues, folk, and traditional music where people are killing it with their instruments, voice, or emotion. I also like some metal music, the kind that references mountain trolls and Valhalla.

Books: Imaginative ones where I can get lost in a new world

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've hiked the Fimmvörðuháls pass in Iceland, 25 kilometers of fantastical terrain that will make you believe the creatures of myths have come alive.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to learn any kind of functional skill, especially when it comes to carpentry, as well as anything about plants. I can teach most kinds of textile crafts and make a tasty sourdough bread.
