I just moved back to the States after five years in New Zealand. I'm trying to make friends and write. I will be in Michigan for the next year, and I'd like to fill my time in interesting ways.

I'd like to meet other awesome people. I have travelled a lot and enjoy meeting other travels, as well as locals, provided they're awesome.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't used this website yet, but I've done a lot of couchsurfing in New Zealand, as well as camping, tramping, and hitching.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I sat on top of a mountain, just any old mountain in New Zealand, and ate peanut butter sandwiches while listening to Bob Dylan. I hadn't seen any people in days, and I hadn't eaten anything but peanut butter sandwiches in a week, but I could see most of the Pacific coast of the South Island, and I couldn't tell where the sea met the sky. It was a wonderful lunch.
