About Me

Hello!

After spending 3 years working abroad in Thailand, South Korea, and Spain I'm now happily back home with friends and family. Just because I'm back home in the states doesn't mean new adventures should stop! I travel often to different states and cities to learn more about this humongous country we live in.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Learning about an area through the locals’ eyes offers valuable insight when traveling around. I would love to hear of any recommendations, local gems, and curiosities you have for your city.

I often travel for work at big events and found couchsurfing to be an enriching experience instead of staying at a hotel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm always hunting for new books and classics to continuously expand my mind. The newest book I finished reading is What I Was Doing While You Were Breeding: A Memoir by Kristin Newman. It's a story of a woman who puts travelling first, love life second, and aging third. She talks about her fears and humorous mishaps while pursuing her passions, adventures, and breaking free of stereotypical molds placed on women in American society.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I love snorkeling and that passion peaked when I saw with manta rays, turtles, reef sharks, moray eels, and sea urchins at Nusa Pineda in Bali, Indonesia. All of my underwater dreams were coming true!

Teach, Learn, Share

I learned Spanish while abroad and want to keep practicing. I’d love to have conversations in Spanish with friendly native speakers!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am called a Jack of all Trades for a reason! I can teach you conversational English, Henna methodology, and give you details on how to live as a digital nomad. I've been traveling and sustaining myself immediately following University and would love to share that with you!
