About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Meet as many wonderful people in this world as humanly possible, put myself in loads of awkward and hilarious situations, and acquire a mode of 'financial stability' that makes me happy every day.
ABOUT ME
Hi CS community! I would like to apologize for being absent for so long! Lots of change in my life recently. My reply % is abysmally low and I will work diligently to get that back in the green!
I think my best friends would say that I'm extremely easy going, which can be inhibiting when it comes to making quick decisions but...I work with it. I'm usually overconfident in thinking that I can get along with anyone. I'm up for a fun night out or a cozy night in. My mood visibly enhances when I'm near plants. I've carried exclusively over-the-shoulder purses for as long as I can remember. I don't really like socks. I love all pets, but especially cats. My English grammar and vocabulary have noticeably deteriorated over the passed year. I have extremely double jointed fingers. I don't know....just trying to think of some random facts about myself.
PHILOSOPHY
Let it go.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have only had wonderful experiences thus far. I've been hosted a few times while traveling Asia, bonded with many of my friends' surfers and have enjoyed showing people around. I have unfortunately never hosted anyone though I would really love to. Have just recently moved into a new apartment and I'm excited to have you in my town.
Interests
I get extremely excited over fantastic but simple food. I'm giddy when I see people making their own yogurts, cheeses, breads, etc. I love when people have good book or music suggestions for me to check out. I love a good hike or yoga class. I sometimes like to find a coffee shop to read or draw at. Basically any time that I can find a grassy area to lay down in and people watch or stare at the sky and hum to myself is a great afternoon. Lately I've been getting my kicks by jumping on random buses/trains with no specific destination and seeing where it takes me. I love crafting anything, building anything, and learning about permaculture practices.

Music, Movies, and Books
Omnivores Dilemma, Shantaram,
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
-View from the top of Jirisan Mountain, South Korea. 4 Hours of straight vertical climbing finally paid off..and I was seriously starting to think that it wouldn't. Reached the summit just in time to watch the morning mist burn off to reveal the mountain range.
-Dancing and high fiving with members of MS13 in the streets of Manila on NYE'12.
-Riding scooters down the remote highways of southern Palawan island. The sun, shadows, the wind, the ocean...ahh....
-Finding a group of monks at a secluded waterfall in Thailand who invited us to splash around and swim with them
Teach, Learn, Share
I've been pretty saturated in the permaculture movement lately. I'd love to teach you anything I've learned in the realm of slow money, slow food, community empowerment, full systems design, etc!
