ABOUT ME

Nanna (23) & I (30) are a female couple living in Aarhus. Nanna is Danish and I am English. We love adventure, walking, cycling and Crossfit : ) We are not religious in the least and enjoying spreading a little love and kindness.

I (Holly) am a travel loving, couch surfing enthusiast and spent 2009/2010 surfing couches around the planet from Africa to Asia, the US to Aus. We like to take every opportunity we can to see a bit of the world and meet some of its inhabitants!

We enjoy surfing in real life, and even own our own boards,but we are not very good at it and it is freezing in the Danish sea!

Nanna is studying to be a nurse and spends a lot of her time with her head stuck in books. When she is not studying she enjoys drinking chocolate milk, winter bathing and making delicious lasagne!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I (Holly) have couch surfed the world and now have an eternity of karma to start pumping back into the universe!

I live Aarhus, Denmark with my lovely girlfriend Nanna. We live in Viby near Brabrand Lake.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In 2009/2010 I Couchsurfed and hitchhiked my way around the world from London to South Africa, to NYC to LA, to Fiji, NZ, Oz and Singapore. It was a life changing experience and I am deeply thankful to everyone involved in making the journey so enjoyable, memorable, challenging, thought provoking and top banter. My life is forever changed because of it.

Nanna is fresh faced to couchsurfing and I am keen to show her just how brilliant it is.

Dislike: cars! We both really hate them and choose not to own one.

Holly can teach you the true beauty of the English language and comprehensive directions to any London tube station from anywhere in the world, should this information be required!

Nanna can teach you the complexities of the Danish language and get you to use muscles in your tongue you never knew existed! She can also share her delicious Danish cooking with you : )

We love to be active out in the nature and genuinely hate cars! We are very happy to have guests who are up for adventure and are happy to get wet, muddy, naked, sunburned, sweaty, windburned etc, maybe all at the same time!
