PHILOSOPHY

I live big, I love big.

I will not die an unlived life, although I think it might kill me.

If we all give what we have, no one will go without.

I'll sleep when I'm dead.

An old Irish proverb (forgive me if I do not recite 100% correct):

May those who love us love us.
For those that don't,
May God turn their hearts.
If that does not work,
May He turn their ankles,

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed and hosted...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Constantly spending the gospel of couchsurfing...

Let's see...
I have surfed in: France & Spain; Madison, WI & Atlanta, GA

Since then I have hosted folks from: TN, IL, CA, NC, Germany.

I have learned that city's that have roller derby AND a big couchsurfing network are places I want to visit.

A lot of derby leagues offer roller housing for out of town skaters and volunteers.

I have hosted or surfed with derby folk from: Tragic City, Charm City, Gotham, Philly, Atlanta & Windy City...and surfed with Carolina Rollergirls.

Interesses

my community, Every time I come home I am reminded of how blessed I am...

body movement: dance (all types: modern, hip-hop, salsa, silly), stretching and yoga, etc.

music...tons! but definitely not all, time and a place for all types. I feel that music can complete change your mood and how you are looking at any situation.

roller skating-I am member of the Carolina Roller Girls. This is a roller derby team in Raleigh, NC USA

i am learning to spin a fire hoop.

i love the water, especially the beach...

the mountains, hiking, camping, exploring...

racket ball, kickball, tennis, volleyball
any outdoor games, i just like to run around outside and play, i don't' really care about the rules...

I still like to do all the things I loved doing when I was 10 years old.

College graduation!

More recently I have written I poem I prefer to recite it but that doesn't work here...It has been revised to: I do not have to do everything and see everything to not die an unlived life!

I Will Not Die an Unlived Life

I will not die an unlived life

I will go to college, and learn, and get a degree and a job,
And decide this place sucks,
And not go there anymore.

Because I will not die an unlived life

I dance on stage at a Booty Band show with wings,
And a blue boa,
And just my underwear.

Because I will not die an unlived life

I will throw big water balloon parties and then go to the Blue Bayou
In rainbow boots and my bathing suit,
And dance.

Because I will not die an unlived life

I will meet him, again and again and again.
And I will fall fast and deep,
