CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to help anyone displaced by the earthquake/tsunami in Japan. I am far away from the devastation, but I would be happy to host anyone in need. After that, I would be happy to host anyone traveling through Fukui prefecture.

ABOUT ME

I`m an American living in Japan; trying to teach English and get better at Japanese. I try to do as much charity work as I can, though I could do much more, so I would be happy to host anyone in need right now.
I love to watch movies and TV, hang out with friends, travel, and play sports.

PHILOSOPHY

I`m an orthodox Christian. At home, I attend church and teach Sunday School every week, but in Japan it`s harder to go that often.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love comedies! Especially anything with Adam Sandler or Vince Vaugn in it. But sometimes I`ll go for action, drama, etc.
I`m eclectic when it comes to music. I like just about everything except country, and techno.
I`m currently trying to get through `Eat, Pray, Love`, but losing interest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been lucky enough to travel all over America, Japan, Ireland, and part of Mexico. But I can`t wait to see more of the world!

Teach, Learn, Share

I know how to cook American, Italian, Mexican, Arabic, and other foods. I would be happy to prepare food for people, or show them how to make it. I`m always excited to learn how to make new foods. I also speak English, some Japanese, and a tiny bit of French and Spanish.
