Intereses

Sporting tragic: whatever, wherever and with whoever, I will give it a go. Enjoy spending time with people of diverse backgrounds and places, sharing their food and beers and gaining insights into other worlds and cultures. As much as I love the action and passion of city life, the natural world is increasingly calling.

As a football fanatic, the unrivalled moment was witnessing Australia's qualification to the 2006 World Cup, after some 30 years of failure. It was a nerve racking spectacle went to a penalty shootout, and Australia's winning goal was euphoric.

My most vivid travel memory was on my first trip as kid in Greece, spending time with grandparents in their villages. Their happiness at being back home emphasised the enormity of emigration to Australia.
