I'm a single gal with nothing tying me down, no kids, no husband, no dog, no mortgage. I like to go out on the town and enjoy the company of friends. Over all I'm just a happy person. I've been called an old soul with a young heart.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have participated in Couch Surfing as a guest and have had people abroad host me in their homes. This summer I hope to participate in Couchsurfing as a host and welcome and invite people from abroad into my home as a host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I Couchsurfed in Italy for two weeks in April of 2012. I spent time with my hosts near the major cities of Rome, Florence, Genoa and Milan. I visited the towns of Lake Como, the Trentino Mountain range and the Cinque Terre as well as Nervi, Bogliasco, Pieve Ligure, Voghera Pavia and Vergiate. It was a beautiful and wonderful experience. My hosts went out of there way to be hospitable and gracious making me feel welcomed and at home. Never in my life have I experienced such kindness. It is with the gratitude of a lifetime I say THANK YOU! What beautiful people I am lucky to have encountered! I now hope to host them and many others in my home as well as continue traveling myself.

The most amazing thing I have ever seen is a shower of falling stars while sitting in Conundrum Creek hot-spring 8.5 miles into the wilderness alone at 4:30am as the night faded to light and became the dawn of a new day.
