Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I believe in the good of people...even strangers I've never met could be amazing people and bring a smile and great memories.

Interests

*Travel and Museums! Always try and make it to at least one museum when I visit a new place.
*Cooking and Baking--I made some pretty good apple streusel bars the other week, and a Three Cup Chicken Dish (sesame oil, Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, basil...mmm)
*Good conversation--I like to listen, and I like to talk. I'm curious about many things and I'll share if I know anything.
*Artsy craftsy things--If I can make it myself, I try not to buy it.
*YouTube--A magical place where people who are really creative show off their cool ideas, also a lot of people really good at talking and writing share their end results here.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I met a French guy while travelling in Rotterdam, he was going all around the world; a few months later he shows up in Taiwan, and I hosted him in my home. He reminded me small the world is, and when you want something, you can make it happen.

What I Can Share with Hosts

You can either sleep on my comfy couch, or I do have a guest bedroom that has a queen sized airbed. I have some pillows, blankets, clean sheets. I like to keep my apartment clean and comfy. I may not have time to hang out with you depending on my work and schedule, but most likely we'll have chance to have some good conversation in the evening.
